What You’ll Do
- Analyze search performance, user behavior and usability metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Use Adobe Analytics to monitor search metrics and prepare recurring search-usage reports.
- Identify content gaps and manage search-term categories and categorization.
- Work with knowledge managers to improve content quality, availability and findability.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback related to content visibility.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across different countries and teams.
- Work with technology teams on search releases, implementations and testing.
- Develop an understanding of search functionality and architecture across Deloitte’s intranet platforms.
What You Need
- Postgraduate degree.
- 1–2 years of professional work experience.
- Experience using search engine optimization methods.
- Experience analyzing data and preparing reports.
- Experience managing multiple assignments, prioritizing work and escalating issues when needed.
- Experience coordinating with stakeholders across countries and cultures.
- Experience using internal social media or collaboration tools to connect people and content.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA with a concentration in Information Systems or a postgraduate degree in Information Systems.
- B.Tech or B.Sc. in Computer Science.
- Experience with enterprise search platforms, SharePoint or cloud platforms.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel formulas and functions for data analysis.
- Experience with Adobe Analytics, Omniture or SiteCatalyst.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and software testing lifecycle processes.
