Deloitte is hiring an Associate, Analytics and Insights for its Quality and Risk Management team in Hyderabad. The role supports quality program management through data maintenance, reporting, dashboards and automation.
You will work with Microsoft Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint and Power Automate to maintain reporting systems, review data and prepare delivery risk reports. The position follows an 11 AM to 8 PM shift, with occasional meetings that may extend until 9 PM IST.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain data and system records used in quality program management processes.
- Build, update and maintain Microsoft Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Use Microsoft Power Automate and other Microsoft Office tools to support automation initiatives.
- Support improvements to quality program management and delivery risk reporting systems.
- Review Health Check results and identify gaps in quality program management processes.
- Prepare and distribute Delivery Risk Reports.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Arts or Science.
- 1–3 years of experience analyzing large datasets.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Power BI.
- Experience maintaining or developing reports and dashboards.
- Experience using Microsoft Power Automate or other automation tools.
- Experience supporting data maintenance, reporting or quality management processes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with risk, quality, compliance or program management reporting.
- Experience identifying data or process gaps and supporting remediation tracking.
- Experience working with stakeholders across teams or geographies.
- Experience using AI-enabled tools for reporting or automation.
- Availability for meetings up to 9 PM IST when required.
