What You’ll Do
- Support the Corporate Finance team and follow departmental and corporate procedures.
- Process vendor and employee travel and entertainment payments, as stated in the position purpose.
- Work with finance coordinators to understand how daily processing affects results.
- Review daily cash posting, balancing and approval.
- Review monthly unapplied reports and client refunds.
- Review the AR cash monthly close process.
- Monitor the daily collection process and review the monthly aged receivable report.
- Help set up AR and collections for new acquisitions.
- Work with internal and external auditors, and support the year-end external audit.
- Meet SOX audit requirements.
- Complete special projects for the manager and other finance functions.
- Protect confidential company and client data from unauthorized access, transmission or disclosure.
- Show the company values of People Matter, Quality First and Integrity Always in daily work.
What You Need
- Graduate or postgraduate degree with a finance or accounting background.
- MBA or M.Com, 2026 pass-out, as stated in the job title.
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts and account reconciliations.
- Strong PC skills, especially Excel.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand data quickly.
- A self-learning approach.
- Ability to work well in a flexible, result-oriented environment.
- Flexibility to work day or night shifts as business needs require.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Wystar and Lawson.
- Access skills are a definite plus.
