IBM is hiring an Associate System Engineer in Hyderabad for its IBM Consulting business. The role is aimed at early-career candidates and focuses on Cognitive Process Automation, Watson APIs, Watsonx products and IBM’s cognitive assistance tools.
You will work with clients, Automation Project Managers and RPA Architects to turn process definitions into cognitive solutions. The role also involves using IBM platforms and assets to support solution development and delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Convert process definitions into cognitive solutions using Watson APIs and Watsonx products.
- Work with Watsonx Orchestrate and Watsonx Assistant to develop automation solutions.
- Use cognitive assistance tools such as Agent Assist and User Assist.
- Work with clients, Automation Project Managers and RPA Architects during solution development.
- Use IDCP and the IBM Consulting Advantage Platform, including Methodx, assets and assistants.
- Support solution delivery and work with project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 0–1 years of experience.
- Basic exposure to Cognitive Process Automation.
- Familiarity with Watson APIs and Watsonx products.
- Understanding of Watsonx Orchestrate and Watsonx Assistant.
- Knowledge of Agent Assist and User Assist.
- Basic understanding of IDCP and the IBM Consulting Advantage Platform.
- Ability to work with project teams and stakeholders during solution delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
- Deeper familiarity with Watson APIs.
- Understanding of IDCP assets and how they support solution development.
- Knowledge of additional Cognitive Assistance accelerators.
