What You’ll Do
- Monitoring and incident detection: Handle escalated alerts, prevent possible intrusions from third-party agents, and analyse log correlation to keep systems in line with security standards.
- Incident handling and analysis: Triage security incidents, handle escalated incidents, assist with root cause analysis and prepare reports that meet compliance requirements.
- Threat assessment and analytics: Run vulnerability scans, identify threat intelligence feeds and recommend preventive measures to reduce exposure.
- Stakeholder coordination and audit support: Work with internal teams on security issues, maintain risk registers and assist during compliance audits.
What You Need
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on knowledge of Symantec DLP (mandatory).
- Ability to triage and investigate security incidents.
- Experience with log correlation and vulnerability scanning.
- Understanding of compliance reporting and audit support.
