What You’ll Do
- Scope technical solutions for real business problems and design ways to automate manual or legacy processes.
- Build production tools, including data pipelines, backend systems and AI-powered automations.
- Work directly with client stakeholders to turn unclear business requirements into working features.
- Make architecture and deployment decisions for your assigned workstream.
- Take ownership of solutions from initial design through production deployment.
What You Need
- 1–3 years of relevant experience, or a strong track record of building software outside formal employment.
- Strong computer science fundamentals.
- Ability to write and ship production-quality code rather than only prototypes.
- Comfort working with ambiguous requirements.
- Ability to communicate directly with non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to take ownership of technical work and focus on whether the solution works in practice.
