Concentrix is hiring an Associate Java Full Stack Developer for its Technical Products and Services team in Hyderabad. The role is designed for early-career developers who have a working foundation in Java, Spring Boot and Angular and want to build their skills while working with senior developers.
The position covers both frontend and backend development. You will work with Angular and TypeScript on the UI side and Java and Spring Boot for backend development. The role also includes testing, bug fixing, code reviews and Git-based development.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain UI components using Angular, TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
- Build REST APIs and backend functionality using Java and Spring Boot with guidance from senior developers.
- Write unit tests for assigned modules.
- Fix bugs and implement smaller enhancements.
- Participate in code reviews as a reviewee.
- Follow established coding standards, design patterns and Git workflows.
- Use AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code or Cursor for coding, testing and debugging under review.
- Participate in stand-ups and sprint planning and raise issues when blocked.
What You Need
- 0–3 years of experience.
- B.E., B.Tech or MCA qualification.
- Knowledge of Core Java and object-oriented programming.
- Basic knowledge of Spring and Spring Boot.
- Understanding of Angular fundamentals, including components, services, routing and basic RxJS.
- Knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Good understanding of HTML and CSS, including custom CSS.
- Basic SQL and REST API knowledge.
- Git fundamentals.
- Hands-on familiarity with at least one AI coding tool such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor or Claude Code.
- Ability to review and validate AI-generated code instead of accepting it without checking.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Familiarity with code quality tools such as SonarQube, PMD or Checkstyle.
- Understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles and clean architecture.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
