What You’ll Do
- Work on online and offline mapping tasks using the assigned tools and systems.
- Follow standard operating procedures, checklists, decision trees, and work instructions.
- Review assigned information against prescribed guidelines and examples.
- Enter data accurately and maintain required quality and productivity standards.
- Identify unclear cases or exceptions and escalate them through the appropriate process.
- Manage multiple tasks while meeting accuracy and turnaround expectations.
- Follow business policies and adapt to changes in tools, procedures, and operational requirements.
What You Need
- Graduation in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of relevant mapping experience. Freshers and candidates without relevant experience are not eligible according to the supplied listing.
- Basic knowledge and experience with online and offline maps.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and problem-solving ability.
- Accuracy in data entry and basic navigation of digital tools.
