The role follows a fixed 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST schedule, with Saturday and Sunday as weekly offs.
What You’ll Do
- Source and identify candidates for non-IT positions across multiple industries.
- Screen candidates and ask relevant questions to understand their skills, experience and suitability.
- Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Search for candidates through databases, social media and professional networks.
- Use different sourcing approaches to reach passive candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for staffing requirements.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Good communication and candidate interaction skills.
- Ability to understand job requirements and assess candidate profiles.
- Willingness to work the fixed 7:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST shift.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in an international voice process involving US, UK or Australian customers is an advantage.
