What You’ll Do
- Review and categorize large volumes of user reviews based on sentiment, relevance and policy compliance.
- Identify spam, bot-generated reviews, promotional content and other non-genuine submissions.
- Distinguish between legitimate opinions and content involving harassment or hate speech.
- Check whether listings or reviews have been affected by technical mapping issues or represent genuine customer complaints.
- Label content accurately to support AI models that identify spam patterns across languages and regions.
- Maintain more than 98% accuracy while completing assigned work within SLA/TAT requirements.
- Track individual performance and make improvements based on business requirements.
- Work toward user satisfaction while avoiding client or customer escalations.

- Strong reading comprehension and the ability to understand context, sarcasm and cultural nuances in written English and/or local languages.
- Good critical thinking and judgment when evaluating user-generated content.

- Ability to work with high volumes of content and meet daily productivity targets.
