IBM is hiring a Process Delivery Specialist for its Human Resources Operations team in Hyderabad. The role focuses on employee data processing, HR service delivery, issue resolution, reporting, and compliance with client policies.
This position is suited to graduates with a background in Core HR who have experience using SAP HRMS and Microsoft Excel. You will handle employee-related transactions, check eligibility and documentation, reconcile reports, and resolve HR service issues while meeting agreed service-level targets.
What You’ll Do
- Enter and process employee information in the HR system, ensuring records are accurate and updated on time.
- Review complex HR transactions and verify eligibility against applicable policies.
- Generate reports and reconcile information across different reports.
- Respond to customer questions and resolve issues related to compensation administration and HR processes.
- Provide employee data and supporting information to internal business control teams when required.
- Follow client policies, process standards, and service-level agreements.
- Investigate issues raised by contact centre teams and resolve them according to established guidelines.
- Coordinate with upstream and downstream HR processes when an issue requires support from other teams.
- Participate in system testing when required.
What You Need
- A bachelor’s degree. Graduates and postgraduates are eligible to apply.
- Between 0 and 2 years of overall experience in Core HR and issue resolution, preferably in an international IT or IT-enabled services company.
- Knowledge of Core HR processes, excluding recruitment.
- Working knowledge of SAP HRMS.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, changing priorities, and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, numerical ability, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with internal customers and external stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
- A master’s degree is preferred.
- An MBA in Human Resources is specifically preferred by the employer.
