- Check business listing information and identify errors affecting the accuracy of map data.
- Label content accurately to support data quality and AI model training.
- Maintain the required accuracy level of more than 98% while completing assigned work within SLA and turnaround-time targets.
- Track individual performance, meet productivity targets, and improve results according to business requirements.
- Follow content moderation guidelines and help prevent customer complaints and escalations.
