Role Purpose
Develop and test software modules based on client requirements, prepare project documentation and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Requirements: Help run workshops and discussions with client stakeholders to gather business process requirements.
- Coding and configuration: Develop and deliver code for assigned modules. Make sure it fits client requirements and integrates properly with system components.
- Testing and trial runs: Test assigned modules, check that functions work across the required interactions and take part in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions.
- Implementation: Take part in implementing the software application and integrating it with other systems so it stays stable.
- Documentation: Prepare reports and documents on project specifications, activities and status. Use flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments and clean, well-structured code.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, support development, check system compatibility and meet expected standards.
What You Need
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Python for Insights (mandatory skill).
- Ability to write clear, well-structured, well-commented code.
- Experience testing modules and supporting UAT.
- Ability to document specifications, activities and status.
- Ability to work with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
