Salesforce is hiring a Business Analyst, Q2C Rapid Delivery for its Quote to Cash (Q2C) Innovation team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time role supporting enterprise Quote-to-Cash processes and working closely with business SMEs, product, architecture and engineering teams.
The role goes beyond traditional business analysis. Salesforce is looking for someone who can move from understanding a business problem to building a working solution using AI-assisted development and automation tools. The position works closely with US-based teams and has an approximate 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST shift, subject to project requirements.
What You’ll Do
- Build functional expertise in Q2C areas such as CPQ, Contract Lifecycle Management and Order Management.
- Work with business SMEs and functional leads to understand future-state Q2C processes and turn requirements into working solutions.
- Lead requirements discovery and create practical outputs such as automations, AI agents, dashboards and test scripts.
- Map current and future processes and data flows using Lucidchart or similar tools.
- Build and maintain lightweight workflow automations and AI agents for recurring operational needs.
- Support data migration through mapping, validation and reconciliation.
- Analyze data, track KPIs and create reporting and monitoring solutions.
- Manage smaller requests from initial triage through development, validation and delivery.
- Lead or participate in UAT and use automated or AI-assisted testing where appropriate.
- Document business rules, configurations, automations and AI agents.
- Support training and change management for new tools and workflows.
- Evaluate and test new AI and automation tools for the team.
What You Need
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Business Systems Analyst or in a similar delivery role.
- Experience in a SaaS or enterprise environment with the ability to move from requirements into hands-on solution building.
- Background in Quote-to-Cash, CPQ, Contract Lifecycle Management or Order Management.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development or automation tools such as Claude, Cursor, Copilot or similar tools.
- Experience with Lucidchart, Smartsheet or similar process and project documentation tools.
- Experience with data migration, validation or system integration projects.
- Data analysis and reporting skills using SQL/SOQL and Tableau, Power BI or similar BI tools.
- Strong communication skills for working with business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving delivery environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce administration experience.
- Experience with Salesforce automation, flows, AI agents, Process Builder or similar workflow tools.
- Experience building or maintaining automated UAT and testing frameworks.
- Exposure to large-scale transformation, data-heavy projects or M&A integrations.
- Experience supporting New Product Introduction or Business Operations teams.
