- Check content against platform policies, community guidelines and moderation standards.
- Identify and remove inappropriate, harmful, fraudulent, abusive or policy-violating content.
- Escalate high-risk content and policy violations to the right internal teams.
- Keep accuracy, productivity and quality high.
- Document moderation decisions and keep accurate records in internal systems.
- Stay current on policy changes, process updates and moderation guidelines.
- Work with quality, policy and operations teams for consistent enforcement.

- A completed graduate or postgraduate degree.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong reading comprehension and analytical skills.
- Ability to understand, interpret and apply content policies accurately.
- Good judgment and decision-making while reviewing content.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Clear and professional documentation of moderation decisions.
- Basic computer knowledge and comfort with internet-based applications.

- Emotional resilience. You may review content that is sensitive, graphic or offensive.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
