What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform to manage AWS resources.
- Create Ansible playbooks and roles for configuration management and system provisioning.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub.
- Configure and manage Kubernetes and Amazon EKS environments.
- Deploy applications using Helm, Kustomize and GitOps practices.
- Manage Docker containers, images and deployment workflows.
- Implement Rolling, Blue-Green and Canary deployment strategies with rollback procedures.
- Set up monitoring, logging, alerting and observability across cloud and container platforms.
- Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.
- Support platform security, disaster recovery, upgrades and infrastructure scaling.
- Maintain technical documentation, runbooks and automation standards.
What You Need
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience is stated in the job header.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Amazon EKS.
- Experience with DevOps and platform engineering practices.
- Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
- Strong Ansible experience covering playbooks, roles and configuration management.
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins.
- Experience with GitHub, Git workflows, branching and pull requests.
- Hands-on Docker experience.
- Strong AWS knowledge, including VPC, IAM, EC2, Auto Scaling, EKS, ECR, S3 and CloudWatch.
- Experience with Helm and Kubernetes deployment automation.
- Linux administration and Bash/Python scripting skills.
- Experience troubleshooting Kubernetes clusters, workloads, networking and deployments.
- At least 15 years of full-time education.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Argo CD, Flux, GitHub Actions or GitLab CI/CD.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes tools such as Cluster Autoscaler, Cert-Manager, AWS Load Balancer Controller and Network Policies.
- Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Elastic Stack, OpenTelemetry or Splunk.
- Experience with multi-region cloud architecture, disaster recovery or capacity planning.
- Knowledge of FinOps and cloud cost optimization.
- Experience with ServiceNow and IT Service Management processes.
- AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform or DevOps certifications.
