Elite Banker – First Select
IDFC FIRST Bank is looking for an Elite Banker – First Select for its Branch Banking & Corporate Salary function in Hyderabad. The role focuses on managing a mapped customer portfolio, strengthening banking relationships, increasing digital banking adoption, and recommending suitable financial products through customer engagement over calls and digital channels.
Candidates should have a full-time graduation in any discipline and at least two years of relevant experience in banking or allied financial services.
What You’ll Do
- Manage relationships with mapped customers and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and overall relationship value.
- Contact customers by phone and follow appropriate customer-engagement practices.
- Encourage mobile banking adoption and help customers complete their initial login on the Optimus app.
- Build CASA value, acquire new customers, and increase the number of products held by existing customers.
- Recommend and cross-sell suitable pre-approved products, including credit cards and other relevant banking offers.
- Understand customer profiles and suggest banking solutions based on their requirements.
- Support onboarding for mobile and internet banking, bill payments, SIPs, insurance, investments, retail loans, SME loans, and other banking programs.
- Work towards monthly operating plans, scorecard targets, and performance benchmarks.
- Coordinate with internal teams to progress retail asset and trade transactions generated through customer interactions.
- Address customer queries and complaints promptly, working towards the required Net Promoter Score (NPS) benchmarks.
- Promote the Relationship Banking program and onboard eligible customers or groups.
- Support audits and follow applicable bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
What You Need
- Full-time graduation in any discipline.
- At least two years of relevant experience in banking or allied financial services.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build customer relationships and engage customers effectively.
- Confidence in explaining and cross-selling banking products suited to customer needs.
- Familiarity with digital banking platforms and mobile applications.
- A solution-oriented approach to customer queries and service issues.
- Attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
