MRF is conducting a walk-in interview in Hyderabad on September 19, 2026, for Engineers, Supervisors and Assistants for its manufacturing plants in Telangana and Tamil Nadu.

The recruitment drive covers maintenance, production, quality assurance, plant technical, shipping and stores roles. Candidates must have the relevant engineering, science, commerce or management qualification for the position they choose and be willing to work rotational shifts without location restrictions.

Open Positions

• Engineer / Supervisor – Maintenance: Electrical and Mechanical. Eligible qualifications include B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Mechatronics or Instrumentation. Experience with automation troubleshooting, PLC operation/program modification and VFD configuration is required.
• Engineer / Supervisor – Production: Open to B.E./B.Tech or Diploma holders in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, Polymer, Electronics or Mechatronics, as well as B.Sc. graduates in Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry or Polymer Chemistry.
• Supervisor – Quality Assurance: B.Sc. in Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry or Polymer Chemistry, or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Polymer or Mechatronics.
• Supervisor – Plant Technical: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry or Polymer Chemistry, or Diploma in Mechanical or Polymer.
• Assistant – Shipping / Stores: B.Com, M.Com, BBA, BA or BCA.

Eligibility

• 2–10 years of industrial experience.
• Age below 30 years.
• Required qualification must be completed before attending the drive.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
• Candidates must be open to working at the manufacturing locations covered by the recruitment.
• Candidates with current or previous tyre-industry experience are advised not to attend this particular drive. MRF says such candidates may be considered separately for specialist roles when suitable requirements arise.
