Snapper IT is hiring a Project Management Trainee – Business Analysis & Product Support in Hyderabad. The role is designed for fresh graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience who want to work across project coordination, business analysis and software product support. The position is full-time.
You will work with Project Managers, developers, QA teams and customers. The work covers requirements documentation, project tracking, customer communication, product support, research and day-to-day project activities.
What You’ll Do
- Support Project Managers with task tracking, follow-ups, project coordination and documentation.
- Gather and understand customer requirements and prepare BRDs, user stories, functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Communicate with customers to clarify requirements and understand application-related issues.
- Research markets and competitors and prepare feature comparisons and recommendations.
- Handle support queries for company applications and coordinate with development and QA teams to resolve issues.
- Prepare FAQs, user guides, support documents and release notes.
- Support meetings, action items, project updates and other project management activities.
What You Need
- Fresh graduate or 0–1 year of experience.
- B.Tech, MCA, BBA or MBA qualification.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good documentation and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate with customers and technical teams.
- Good research and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership.
Good to Have
- Basic understanding of SDLC, software testing or web applications.
- Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira.
- Basic understanding of Shopify or e-commerce platforms.
