Earthful is hiring an SEO & Shopify Manager to take ownership of its Shopify website, search visibility and conversion work. The position is based in Hyderabad and reports to the Founder’s Office.
The role covers hands-on Shopify management, technical and on-page SEO, content operations, AI search visibility, landing pages, CRO and analytics tracking. Earthful specifically requires previous hands-on Shopify store ownership, along with practical experience in SEO and GA4/GTM tracking.
What You’ll Own
- Build and update product detail pages and collection pages for new products.
- Manage homepage updates, campaign banners, Shopify apps, discounts and offers.
- Perform pre-launch checks across desktop and mobile.
- Maintain site hygiene, including broken links, redirects, 404 errors and page-speed issues.
- Handle technical SEO covering sitemaps, canonicals, schema markup, image optimization, internal linking and URL structure.
- Manage on-page SEO including title tags, meta descriptions, headings and keyword mapping.
- Support off-page SEO through backlinks, listings and digital PR coordination.
- Monitor Google Search Console and keyword rankings.
- Manage the content calendar, publish and refresh articles, and coordinate with writers.
- Work on GEO and AI search visibility across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.
- Build landing pages for performance marketing campaigns and run CRO tests on product and checkout pages.
- Maintain GA4 and GTM event tracking for key funnel actions such as product views, add-to-cart, checkout and purchase.
- Set up and maintain Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar to analyze user behavior.
- Coordinate with Growth, Regulatory & Compliance and Creative teams when required.
What You Need
- 1–2 years of experience in SEO and website management, preferably with a D2C brand.
- Hands-on experience managing a Shopify store using the theme editor, apps and page builders. The employer states this is non-negotiable.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO and practical experience with Google Search Console and a rank-tracking platform such as Ahrefs or Semrush.
- Hands-on experience setting up and maintaining GA4 and GTM event tracking and funnel instrumentation.
- Ability to create and edit content briefs.
- Comfort with basic HTML and CSS changes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar.
- Exposure to GEO or AI search optimization.
- Experience in health, wellness or supplements.
