What You’ll Do
- Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CRM components, including plugins, custom workflow activities and web resources.
- Build and maintain Power Apps applications using Canvas and Model-Driven approaches.
- Create and maintain Power Automate flows to support business processes.
- Customize Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations using X++, extensions, batch jobs and Visual Studio.
- Work with Data Management Framework (DMF), data entities and OData services for data operations and integrations.
- Develop integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions and API Management.
- Follow Microsoft development practices, solution architecture guidelines and application lifecycle management procedures.
- Use Git and Azure DevOps to manage source code, deployments and CI/CD workflows.
What You Need
- 2–5 years of active, hands-on software development experience focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong knowledge of C# and the .NET framework or .NET Core.
- Experience with JavaScript or TypeScript and web development.
- Experience extending Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement or Dataverse applications, such as Sales, Customer Service or Field Service.
- Practical knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience with the Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) controls.
- Development experience with X++, application stack extensions and Visual Studio for Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Knowledge of Data Entities, Data Management Framework and OData services.
- Experience with Azure integration services, including Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions and API Management.
- Understanding of Dual-Write, Virtual Tables and integration patterns for Dynamics 365.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines and solution management.
- Strong SQL knowledge, including T-SQL, FetchXML and relational database concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications such as MB-300, MB-500 or PL-400.
- Experience creating Power BI reports and embedding reports into Dynamics 365 environments.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum development practices.
