What You’ll Do
- Coordinate with carriers, vendors, suppliers, fulfillment centers and internal Amazon teams.
- Support inbound transportation activities from carrier pickup through delivery to fulfillment centers.
- Support outbound transportation activities from fulfillment centers through delivery to customers.
- Research operational issues using internal tools and available data, then take appropriate real-time action.
- Pull data using Excel, Access, SQL or other data systems and prepare analysis when required.
- Monitor performance metrics and identify trends that may affect business results.
- Escalate data or operational issues to the appropriate teams and follow through until they are resolved.
- Prepare weekly findings and performance variance reports for review discussions.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to communicate directly with North America-based business customers.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to research and validate information accurately.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, metric-driven, 24/7 shift environment.
- Ability to consistently meet defined productivity and quality targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Geo Studio, SIM or similar Amazon internal tools.
- Experience communicating with external or business customers by phone or email.
- Knowledge of Excel Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
- Exposure to Amazon QuickSight.
