What You’ll Do
- Design and work with inbound and in-queue flows in Genesys Cloud Architect.
- Configure and troubleshoot IVR, ACD, queues and skills-based routing.
- Build routing logic using Architect expressions, variables, conditions and error handling.
- Work with Genesys Data Actions and REST API integrations using JSON and OAuth.
- Support enterprise contact-center and IVR implementations.
- Handle customer issues, document incidents and create SOPs for new issues and resolutions.
- Monitor and identify trends in customer calls and escalate issues when required.
What You Need
- 5–8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud CX and Genesys Cloud Architect.
- Experience with IVR, ACD, queues and skills-based call routing.
- Experience designing complex inbound and in-queue flows and routing logic.
- Experience with Genesys Data Actions, REST APIs, JSON, OAuth and Postman.
- Understanding of Architect expressions, variables, conditions and error handling.
- Enterprise contact-center or IVR implementation experience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer issues effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- GCP experience, particularly Cloud Functions or Cloud Run.
- Python or Node.js experience.
- Experience with Apigee, Postman or Swagger/OpenAPI.
- Git, CI/CD and production troubleshooting experience.
- Experience migrating or simplifying GCP-based IVR and routing solutions into Genesys Cloud.
- Genesys Cloud certification.
