What You’ll Do
- Support users through tickets, in-person help and remote sessions.
- Handle the hardware and software lifecycle. This includes onboarding, device imaging, asset tracking, warranty support and equipment recycling.
- Troubleshoot network, hardware, software and peripheral issues.
- Document solutions for future reference.
- Work with internal teams and external service providers to meet service levels.
- Research, evaluate and deploy new hardware and software.
- Take rotating on-call duty for production support.
What You Need
- 3+ years of corporate Windows, Mac or Linux OS support experience.
- Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
- Experience maintaining Zebra thermal printers.
- Experience troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners and portable handheld terminals.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Preferred Skills
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Red Hat), Microsoft hardware installation or AWS.
- Experience in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.
