Wells Fargo is hiring a Business Execution Associate for its Strategy & Execution team in Hyderabad. The role involves supporting business programs, process improvements, reporting, performance monitoring and work across different business teams.
The position requires at least 6 months of experience in Business Execution, Implementation or Strategic Planning, or equivalent experience through work, training, military experience or education. The role also involves financial analysis, research, data handling and communication with different levels of staff.
What You’ll Do
- Support the planning and execution of business programs, services and initiatives.
- Monitor key indicators related to business performance and control management.
- Review policy and process changes, process improvements and technology enhancements.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Work with managers and cross-functional business partners on business initiatives.
- Research business issues and prepare reports, including company hierarchy information.
- Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff.
- Identify and communicate issues, risks and proposed solutions to staff and management.
What You Need
- 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent experience through work, training, military experience or education.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets using BI tools, Pivot Tables and Macros.
- Understanding of Corporate & Investment Banking.
- Knowledge of financial analysis, including leverage, working capital and business performance analysis.
- Ability to research, analyze problems and support solution implementation and change management.
- Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience with CRM systems, including Salesforce.com.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or graduate degree in Finance, Management or Strategy.
- Understanding of global markets, including currencies, commodities and trade.
