Hailo is hiring Customer Support Associates for its ride support team in Hyderabad. The role handles inbound support for riders and drivers through calls and other support channels, including queries about rides, payments, cancellations, fare disputes, accounts and app-related issues.
The position is open to freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience. A bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required. Candidates should be comfortable speaking Telugu, Hindi and English and working from the office in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays. The employer also prefers immediate joiners.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound calls from riders and drivers.
- Resolve questions related to rides, payments, cancellations, fare disputes, accounts and app issues.
- Identify customer problems and provide suitable resolutions.
- Escalate issues that need support from other departments.
- Monitor and respond to SOS and emergency alerts according to company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Coordinate with operations and field teams when an issue needs further action.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets while maintaining customer information confidentiality.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience. Freshers can apply.
- Excellent spoken Telugu.
- Good spoken Hindi and basic to good spoken English.
- Clear pronunciation, professional phone etiquette and active listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Windows.
- Basic typing skills and familiarity with MS Office and web browsers.
- Ability to learn CRM and customer support software.
Preferred Experience
- Customer Support, BPO, call center or ride-hailing support experience is an added advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Work Requirements
- The job requires working from the office in Hyderabad.
- Candidates must be willing to work rotational shifts, weekends and holidays.
- The role involves handling high call volumes and multiple tasks.
- Employees may need to work during festivals and peak business periods.
