What You’ll Do
- Maintain accurate site payment data across IQVIA studies, including studies using IQVIA CTMS and DrugDev payment systems.
- Review electronic data capture (EDC) visit records, site contracts and payment triggers to check payment calculations and requirements.
- Investigate data discrepancies and correct issues that could cause inaccurate site payments.
- Resolve data flow problems across large, ongoing projects and escalate complex issues to the System Alignment Lead when necessary.
- Coordinate with internal IT, payments and other IQVIA teams to resolve data and system issues.
- Help investigate issues involving EDC, data warehouses, CTMS and DrugDev systems that prevent payments from being processed correctly.
- Explain findings, corrective actions and unresolved issues to relevant stakeholders.
What You Need
- A bachelor’s degree.
- Typically 2–3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in site payments, data flows, system reconciliation, data analysis or a related area.
- Experience with clinical research organisation (CRO) site payment processes, including EDC and payment systems.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to write logic statements.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to identify root causes and corrective actions.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, including confidence participating in and leading calls.
- Ability to work remotely with colleagues and learn through virtual training and screen sharing.
