- Use internal tools and CRM-like workflows to manage customer interactions.
- Handle customer conversations through calls or written chat depending on the assigned team.

- Team Falcon: Call-focused advisory work involving longer customer conversations and relationship building. Typical hours are 10 AM to 8 PM with breaks.
- Team Bliss: Chat-focused advisory work for candidates who prefer written communication and WhatsApp-based customer interactions. Shifts are 12 PM to 9 PM, with calls increasing based on customer preference.
