Sid’s Farm is hiring a Finance Executive for its Finance & Accounts team in Hyderabad. This role is open to B.Com freshers and reports to the Manager – Finance.
The work mainly covers accounts receivable, reconciliation, invoicing, accounting entries and finance reporting. Candidates should understand basic accounting, be comfortable with Excel and have basic knowledge of Tally ERP or Tally Prime.
What You’ll Do
- Reconcile receivable accounts by matching invoices, payments and outstanding balances with accounting records.
- Check differences between customer records, bank receipts and books of accounts and help resolve them.
- Prepare accounts receivable ageing reports and track overdue balances.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect payment confirmations and supporting documents.
- Help prepare and maintain sales invoices, credit notes and debit notes.
- Record receipts, vouchers, accounting entries and other routine finance transactions.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare receivable schedules, reconciliation statements and documents required for audits.
- Handle other accounting and finance tasks assigned by the Finance Manager.
What You Need
- B.Com qualification suitable for the fresher Finance Executive position.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Basic understanding of accounts receivable and reconciliation.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, Pivot Tables and data management.
- Basic knowledge of Tally ERP or Tally Prime.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn accounting processes and take responsibility for assigned work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of GST and basic taxation concepts.
- Exposure to Tally Prime or other accounting software.
