- Define program goals and success criteria, establish performance metrics, and review processes to track program health.
- Act as a subject matter expert for last-mile delivery initiatives and help teams make decisions using reliable data and analysis.
- Identify opportunities for improvement, conduct analyses, and prepare written recommendations for business stakeholders.
- Investigate operational problems, identify their root causes, and develop solutions to prevent recurring defects.
- Improve processes and standardize procedures to support consistent operational performance.
- Manage priorities, communicate progress, and deliver projects in a deadline-driven environment.
What You Need
- At least 2 years of program or project management experience.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, charts, lookups using multiple criteria, nested IF formulas, data cleansing, and array formulas.
- Experience working in an analytical environment with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze business problems, interpret data, and make informed decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and adapt to changing requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using Microsoft Access and SQL.
- Experience gathering business requirements and preparing clear, detailed requirements documents.
- Experience improving operational processes and developing solutions to recurring business problems.
