• Experience with user experience design or related work in a corporate, software, web, or agency environment.
• Experience participating in the full product development lifecycle for web or software applications.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to build productive working relationships.
• A willingness to learn and strengthen core design skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using AI tools or considering how AI can improve workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• Experience exploring AI-driven insights, workflow automation, or practical applications of AI in design and product development.

Portfolio Preparation

• Include product design projects that show the user problem, your design approach, and the final solution.
• Explain how you identified user needs and validated your designs with end users.
• Include relevant wireframes, interactive designs, and high-fidelity screens.
• Show how you worked with product managers, engineers, or other stakeholders during development.
• If you have used AI tools in your design workflow, explain how you used them and what they helped you accomplish.
